Tree Removal in North Las Vegas
Saldate Landscaping provides professional tree removal in North Las Vegas for dead, damaged, overgrown or poorly placed trees that create safety, access or property concerns. North Las Vegas properties benefit from durable, water-conscious landscaping that is practical in heat, wind and dry conditions. We evaluate the tree, access, nearby structures and surrounding landscaping to plan a careful removal and leave the work area clean.

Tree Removal in North Las Vegas

North Las Vegas has two kinds of tree problems. In the older neighborhoods closer to downtown North Las Vegas, big mature trees are reaching the end of their life, with roots in sewer lines and limbs over roofs. In newer communities like Aliante, Eldorado and the Villages at Tule Springs, builder-planted trees are often the wrong species for the spot and start crowding walls and walkways within a few years. We handle both, safely and with full cleanup.

When a Tree Should Come Out

  • Dead, hollow or split trunks, especially after the strong north winds that sweep this part of the valley
  • Roots lifting sidewalks, driveways or block walls
  • Trees planted too close to the house, pool or a neighbor’s property line
  • Pest damage or severe decline that pruning can’t fix

How We Remove Trees

We assess the lean, the drop zone and what’s underneath, then take the tree down whole or in sections. Limbs are lowered, the trunk is cut into manageable pieces, and the stump is ground below grade. We call Nevada 811 for utility locates before grinding near buried lines, then rake out chips and haul everything away.

After the Tree Is Gone

The open space is a chance to fix the yard. We can backfill and replant with a better-suited tree, or turn the area into rock, pavers or turf. North Las Vegas sits on alkaline, caliche-heavy soil, so new trees get a properly dug planting hole and drip irrigation to establish.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of trees do you remove in North Las Vegas?
We can evaluate dead, damaged, declining, overgrown or unwanted trees and determine whether removal is appropriate based on the tree, access and surrounding property conditions.
We look at the tree’s condition, location, stability, conflicts with structures or hardscape and the homeowner’s goals. In some cases trimming may be enough; in others removal is the practical option.
Potentially, yes. Tight-access removals require more planning, so we inspect the area and surrounding structures before determining the safest and most practical approach.
Stump removal or grinding may be handled separately depending on the project. We will clarify the scope before work begins so you know exactly what is included.
Contact us with your address, a brief description and photos if available. We can review the request and schedule an estimate based on current availability.
